Recital is an AI contract repository. Connect it to your email, cloud storage, and local or network drives, and Recital finds your contracts, extracts the details that matter, and keeps everything organized automatically.
What Recital does
- A repository that stays current. Recital identifies contracts across your connected systems, even when file names give nothing away, and extracts 15+ properties from each one, including parties, dates, renewal and termination terms, and governing law. Related files, versions, and email conversations are grouped together contract by contract, and new contracts are organized as they arrive.
- Support while contracts are in negotiation. Compare any two versions with one click, in the platform or straight from your inbox, and reuse clauses from your own prior agreements directly in Microsoft Word.
- Ask questions, get answers. Search and run reports across your repository. The Recital MCP server lets you connect AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, so you can ask questions about your contracts in plain language without leaving the chat. Learn how to connect the Recital MCP server.
Recital works with the tools you already use: Microsoft Word, Gmail, and Outlook, plus Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, and Box. Local and network drives are supported through Recital Connect.
Security: Recital is SOC 2 Type II compliant, your contracts are never used to train AI models, and data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit.
